Four sherds of black burnished type pottery of Roman date. Two are rim sherds and two are body sherds. The rings come from a beaded rimmed bowl and a flanged bowl. Three of the sherds are reduced throughout and all appear to have a dark grey/black slip. The other sherd (the beaded rim sherd) has an oxidised orange internal surface. Total weight: 45g
