A cast copper alloy pin, probably dating to the middle Anglo-Saxon period (AD 720 – 850). The pin has a circular biconical head (globular) with a long tapering conical lower part, tapering underneath into a narrow pin shaft. The head is undecorated. The shaft is broken. The metal is a mid greyish-green colour and pitted.
