Copper alloy brooch, equal-ended type with lozenge shaped plate and zoomorphic terminals. Missing terminal with pin loop and pin; incomplete lozenge shaped plate. The snake head terminal has a punched dot eyes, punched V-shapes for scales and a strong V-shaped moulding at the neck. The central lozenge has two concentric circles of copper alloy at the middle, both containing orange enamel. The outer area of the lozenge contains orange enamel too and there are traces of setting within this. Surviving length 26.04mm, width of lozenge 21.28mm, plate 2.01mm thick, 2.83g in weight. Type as Hattatt no 1099, and similar in shape to Riha 1979 no.1661, also to SF-BFF153.
