A copper-alloy damaged and distorted medieval spherical bell, similar bells have been found in London and date from the 13th-15th centuries (Egan and Pritchard, 1991, 338-9, fig 221, no 1645).

This bell is created from several components, a sheet suspension loop, pushed through a hole cut into the upper half of the body, a sheet hollow body made of two halves soldered together a flanged seam line survives across the centre of the bell. Originally there was also a round iron pea, which may not survive. It measures 19.31mm in height and 16.15mm in width.
