Nummus of the House of Constantine, probably Constantine II, 17mm in diameter and very worn, surface lost. Mint: Lyons Date: 321
Notes:
This is one of a hoard of at least 24 nummi covering the period from about 305-325. The period approximately 313-320 is not represented. All the coins are in very poor condition apparantly from being deposited in acid soil and from subsequent disturbance perhaps by the plough.
