Nummus of Maximian, 26mm in diameter, damaged on one edge and much surface lost. Mint: Trier Date: 302-305

Notes:

This is one of a hoard of at least 24 nummi covering the period from about 305-325. The period approximately 313-320 is not represented. All the coins are in very poor condition apparantly from being deposited in acid soil and from subsequent disturbance perhaps by the plough.
