Body sherd of impressed ware. External surface is red, internal is black. Tempered with medium sized grit. Wall thickness is 12mm. Possible comb impression on exterior surface.

Notes:

This pot fragment is from a collection of Neolithic material found by James Cherry between 1987 and 1995 from the limestone uplands between Shap and Kirkby Stephen, Cumbria. The collection was left with Kendal Museum in 2005.
