Medieval rectangular buckle frame with central bar and with rabbets in and grooves on both outside edges. The central bar is slightly bent and has worn thin in the centre. 27 x 34mm. Very similar to Dress Accessories no.443. Other examples from Norfolk include examples from Fring (HER 11775), Kenninghall/Quidenham (HER 37188) & Scole (HER 44058). 14th century.
