This one is a specific import form South Germany. A cast and struck two-disc lead cloth seal: scroll with ?':BRIEF:' (blackletter) // (incomplete stamp, on rivet) shield with per fess grid (for black) and plain (for silver), M (lombardic) to right. The legend seems to mean 'goods' // arms of Ulm, with (UL) M to sides. Probably 16th/early 17th century, ? for fustain.
