Gilded copper-alloy two-arched purse hanger, sub-rectangular with a straight bar which is neither offset nor narrowed. The arches are separated by an internal projection with a lozengiform terminal; there is a slight knop between the arches externally. 29 x 27mm. Cf. Dress Accessories (1991) fig.140. 13th century.
