A Roman-Medieval lead pot mend(AD43-1500). The mend has been moulded to fit the hole in the pottery vessel, with two expanded sections that would have sat proud of the vessel wall, forming one larger and one smaller circular discs. No pot remains sandwiched between the two sides. The lead has a white patina. The object weighs 33.91g.
