A cast copper and tin alloy buckle of the 18th century. The decorated frame is rectangular in shape and made of a copper and tin alloy. The decoration consists of a tripartite of a central rectangle with a slightly smaller heart-shaped leaf to either side. This projects off of the frame on each corner, and it is oriented at a 45 degree angle to accentuate each corner. A central bar of iron and the remains of a corroded plate also remain. This object was found in Field 2 of the Brunstock Rally.
