A Medieval copper alloy incomplete buckle (AD 14th – 15th century). The buckle frame has moulded decoration around the cross bar. The frame narrows slightly before flaring to a small, rounded projection on each side. The pin rest is expands to form an internal point. The cross-par is narrowed and a groove separates it from the frame. The pin is no longer present. The copper alloy has a dark green patina. Dimensions: length 38.21mm; width of wings 26.90mm; weight 12.03g
