Obverse description: Worn crowned head facing. The crown is bifoliate in form with central lys and spread side fleurs. The ornaments are indistinct and probably worn. The drapery is formed from triangular wedges. In the inscription the A is unbarred and the N barred. the majority of letters have incurving (waisted) sides and are relatively small and neat in form. The S has a swollen centre and is top tilted.
Obverse inscription: [EDWA R] ANGL DNS HYB
Reverse description: Long cross divides the coin and inscription. In each divided quarter are three pellets. In the inscription the C and E are closed with rounded backs.
