Ten sherds of abraded Roman Samian ware pottery dating from the second century AD. One is a rim sherds, two are base sherds, both with foot rings, and the remaining seven are body sherds. Two of the body sherds have moulded decoration, one with a palm leaf and the other with a repetitive vegetal palisade. The wheel thrown sherds have an oxidised orange fabric with occasional limestone inclusions and abundant mica and a reddish-orange slip. They probably come from vessels produced at Lezoux in central Gaul. Total weight: 72.95g
