Seven sherds of abraded wheel made New Forest colour-coated pottery dating from c. 260-370. The four wheel thrown base sherds have a reduced grey core, oxidised orange surfaces and purplish-black slip. These are all from beakers with rounded foot rings. The other three sherds are body sherds. One sherd, from an indented beaker, is oxidised, the second, probably from a cup, is oxidised externally and reduced internally and the third, from a beaker or flagon, has oxidised surfaces and a reduced core. This latter sherd has additional painted decoration in the form of five orange-brown lines. Total weight: 67.2g
