Roman copper alloy pin head? 18mm long and 6mm wide. The object is in a poor condition with a red/brown patina and green core. The object, which weighs 1.71 grams, is rectangular in form and consists of five raised bands, three thin ones near the top and a further two after a gap 3mm wide. The lowest band is the thickest at 2mm and directly beneath is is a circular shaft, c. 4mm in diameter, It has broken off at this point.
