A heavily corroded iron key of probable post-medieval date. The bow would originally have been oval but approximately half is now missing. The stem is of circular section, hollow, and has a collar at the bow end. The bit has a straight front vertical edge and, on the other side, two wards and two clefts. It measures 147.4mm long by 41.9mm wide and 14.4mm thick. It weighs 78.44g.
