Oval lead seal, possibly a cloth seal. Two discs with sealed edges forming a tubular loop for attachment on one side. Fibres and iron staining are visible between the discs. One side has what appears to be Arabic writing on it. The other has a monogram within a circular area. This appears to read HO with an inverted V through it and a diagonal line across one side of the O. The letters have branched terminals.
