Post medieval copper alloy seal matrix with short hexagonal sectioned handle expanding into a flat trefoil terminal.
The matrix itself is circular/ oval with the incised decoration of a horned four-legged animal with tail, apparantly running across a strip of land (depicted by two short horizontal lines), within a circle (flanking the edge).
It is 28.5mm in length, the matrix having a diameter of 13x12mm (the edge is slightly damaged). It weighs 3.86g.
