Post Medieval White-metal coated double-looped buckle frame, both loops oval, slight lobe at both ends of bar. Trilobed projections on both outside edges and moulded decoration including shallow blind holes are rather poor representations of fleurs-de-lis. The motif is very similar to , but better defined than Whitehead 2003 no.393. Slightly angled around bar, which is iron-stained. 42mm x 23mm. 16th – early 17th century.
