Waste flake of Mesolithic or Neolithic date. Knapped from mid grey flint the flake has a striking platform and bulb of percussion at the proximal end. The flake has snapped across the width removing the distal end. There is possible retouch of semi-abrupt removals along one edge. The flake is 34.89mm in length, 27.86mm across at the widest point and has a maximum thickness of 8.08mm. It weighs 8.66 grams.
