Obverse description: Crowned bust facing. The drapery is formed from wedges. There is nothing on the breast. The inscription is divided by annulet stops, the A's are unbarred, and the N's are lombardic
Obverse inscription: EDWARDVS REX ANGLI
Reverse description: Long cross divides the field and legend. In each divided quarter are three pellets arranged in an irregular triangle. In the inscription the top of the N or M is missing hence the ambiguity.
