Object type certainty: Certain

A sherd which possibly formed part of a large post medieval dish, with a brownish green and yellow glaze. The oxidised fabric contains abundant fine sand and occasional hematite flecks. Most of the sherd would have formed part of the vessel's base, but at one end it is starting to curve upwards. The rough but straight sides appear to indicate that the sherd has been deliberate cut to this shape.
