A cast copper alloy terminal from the handle of a post medieval seal-top type spoon dating to the later 16th or 17th century. The remaining portion is 61.5mm in length and has a flat discoidal terminal (12mm in diameter) at the end of a baluster style collar. The stem of the handle has an oval cross section measuring 4.8mm by 3.2mm. There are no maker's marks.
