An incomplete cast copper-alloy double-ended harness link of late early-medieval (c. 11th century) date and Anglo-Scandinavian style. The link has a central boss of truncated conical shape with two small flanking projections. Two opposed arms project from this boss, each ending in a loop with three peripheral knops. One loop is incomplete. The object has a flat reverse, with a concave hollow to the rear of the boss. The arms and loop have a plano convex cross section.
