A post-Medieval silver coin: a half groat of Charles I, group D, Tower mint under the crown, dating from AD 1640 - 1641. Star initial mark. North (1991) Volume 2, number 2258 on page 162. The coin is 16.06 diameter, 0.7mm thick and 0.85g. The flan is oval.
