An incomplete copper alloy Jetton of Post Medieval date, struck by Master Hans Schultes I (AD 1553 -1584). Nuremberg Lion of St. Mark/ Rose/Orb type. The obverse depicts Lion of St Mark standing left, nimbate and winged, holding book of gospels in right fore-paw. The reverse depicts Imperial orb surmounted by cross patty within a tressure of three arches.
