Copper alloy unidentified object fragment. A small cast sub-triangular fragment, flat, with curved sides, flat top and point below. The finder kindly describes this as a pin; it might more closely resemble a hooked tag [a category absent from this large assemblage] or miniature strap end but lacks means of attachment to fulfil either function. Suggested date: Early Medieval, 750-1000
