A complete copper alloy Buckle of Post-Medieval date, about AD 1600 - 1700. The object is a double loop trapezoidal buckle. The frame has expanded and pointed outer edges and lobed protrusions at either end of the strap bar. The outer edges are bevelled. The pin is still intact and it moves freely. It is copper alloy and cast, of D shaped cross-section. The buckle has a green patina. The object weighs 4.36g, has a length of 34.2mm, width of 19.2mm, a thickness of 2.1mm, and the pin length is 18.8mm.
