A Roman base silver radiate of Postumus dating to AD 260 to 269 (Reece period 13). SALVS AVG reverse showing Aesculapius standing right, head left, leaning right hand on a staff with an entwined snake, at his feet to the right a globe. Parts of both faces are obscured by preferential corrosion of the copper in the alloy.
