An incomplete copper alloy Pastry Jigger Tool of Post-Medieval to Modern date (AD 1700-1800). The object is a portion of the handle and attachment mechanism of a pastry jigger. The object is composed of rectangular handle with a two collars at the upper end, which terminates in an old abraded break. The opposing end retains two rectangular prongs with rounded terminals. These would have housed the crimping wheel. The wheel and upper portion of the handle are missing.

 Length: 65.10mm, Width: 6.81mm, Thickness: 4.02mm, Weight: 7.7g

The metal is dark green/brown in colour with a predominately smooth patina.
