A damaged and incomplete lead alloy ampulla of medieval date (c. AD 1250 -1550). The object is bag-shaped, the upper part including the neck is missing, the lower part terminates in a jagged tear. The object is covered in dents and abrasions, probably from grazing animals. The entire surface has a dusty grey patina.
Width 40 mm, extant height 37 mm. Thickness 4 mm. Weight 40.7 g.
