A near complete flint barbed and tanged arrowhead dating to the Late Neolithic/Early Bronze Age c.2500-1500 cal BC.
The arrowhead is made from a tertiary flake of flint that is cream in colour, probably made from local beach pebble. Almost the entire arrowhead survives barring the tips of each barb and a small break at the tip which probably occurred when it was fired as the breaks have the same patination as the rest of the arrow indicating this occurred a long time ago. Each surface is bifacially worked with covering, scaled, low angle retouch.
