Convex back of a die-stamped composite three-piece sheet copper alloy hollow biconvex button with separate soldered, drawn copper alloy wire shank (this has been flattened against the surface of the back and now appears as a circular loop).
Read (2005) illustrates a similar example on page 86, No. 357, which has engraved decoration on the front (which cannot be determined here) and is dated to the 17th century.
