Two medieval sheet copper alloy end-stops from medieval whittle-tang knives, both with a centrally placed hole for the end of the tang, 14th - 15th century:
- tapering gently from one straight end to the other which is rounded, cf. SUR-2C4856 and NLM-A1F303. The hole is blocked with decayed iron. Length 19.6mm, width 8.6mm.
- opposed edge notches near both rounded ends, cf. SUR-7C5773. Length 27mm. Width 9.7mm.
