Probably medieval very small rotary key cut from copper alloy sheet (but not folded) with a bow which is heptagonal externally and round internally and a square bit with a rectangular single cleft. Weight 1.1g. Length 20mm. Width 8.8mm. Thickness 1.1mm. Even if this was capable of functioning as a key for a casket or box it may be a toy. No close parallel has been noted.
