Fragment of a medieval copper alloy C or L-sectioned purse frame of Williams 2018 Class A1, broken at both ends, at one across an attachment hole. Of three closely spaced holes near the mid-point two, which are smaller, are probably secondary. The outer face is inlaid with niello in a double-line diagonal lattice. Extant length 43.6mm. Second half 15th century.
