Romano-British Hairpin, most of shank missing. Head, of square section with pointed top, is divided into two unequal parts by a narrow waist, tapers from 3mm across to 2.5mm, and is 12mm high. The shank tapers from 2mm diameter to 1.5mm at the break. Not included in Cool’s (1990) typology.
