Two post-medieval copper alloy knife end caps, both of oval cross-section with a slot containing the end of an iron scale tang, and both with uncommon decoration,16th century:
- moulded with a pair of longitudinal grooves at the top and base, and with vertical narrow and wide grooves on the sides, and engraved on the proximal end with a diagonal lattice, similar to GLO-9D6195, length (exluding tang) 13.8mm, width 11.2mm, thickness 9.5mm.
- moulded with a pair of longitudinal grooves at the top and base, and with diagonal narrow and wide grooves on the sides, and engraved on the proximal end with a cross on a saltire, similar to WMID-DEBC84, length (excluding tang) 13.4mm, width 122mm, thickness 10.1mm.
