Early Medieval (Anglo-Scandinavian) copper alloy harness fitting, 55mm long and 10mm wide. The object consists of a rectangular sectioned bar which has a domed protrusion half way down its length. Each side of this are small semi-circular protrusions. The shaft has a lozenge shaped terminal with a circular inner edge and small round protrusions on each corner.
