A complete, very worn, silver Roman Republican Legionary Denarius of Marcus Antonius (Legio XII) dating to the period 32-31 BC (Reece period 1). Obverse: galley right, with sceptre tied with fillet on prow, within border of dots; [ANT A]VG above, [II](I VIR). R. P. C below. Reverse: legionary aquila between two standards, within border of dots; LEG XII below. Mint travelling with issuer. As RRC no. 544/26.
