A copper-alloy 14th seal matrix, flat and circular in shape with an integral suspension loop projecting from the top of the back face. It measures 21.2mm in diameter and c3mm in thickness. The front face has a border of tiny dots and then a border legend which begins with a cross pattee and reads CREDE MICHI, which means 'Believe me.' In the centre of the die there are two opposing birds viewed in side profile both drinking from a central vessel. This seal matrix could have had a religious meaning or a romantic one.
