A complete copper alloy Modern apothecary weight dating to c AD1750-1850. The weight is almost square (13.8mm x 14.2mm) with a thickness of 4.6mm , On one face only is stamped a number '2' with the word 'Dram' (in curvilinear script) below. The other face is blank. The weight is 6.43 grams.
