A fragment of a probable Bronze Age axe dating to circa 2300-800 BC. It is rectangular in plan and has slight curvature in section. The surfaces are heavily pitted. The weight and patina are consitent with the Bronze Age and it was probably part of an axehead, though it cannot be determined which type from the fragmentary remains.
