A silver medieval groschen of the city Köln (Cologne), Germany. Probably dating to c.1475, minted at Köln, mint mark cross fleury.

Obverse: Shield of arms of the city of Köln, in trilobate tressure of three fleury arches. Legend: '+IASPAR/MELChIO/BALThAS'.

Reverse: Long triple-stranded cross fleury, with central quatrefoil within lozenge dividing legend in two lines. Legend: '+GROS/SVS C[IV]/ITATS/COLONI // AGR/PIA/OLI/DCE'.

This coin appears to be only the second Groschen of Cologne to be recorded by the PAS. The other finds is of the same type and discovered in Kent (see KENT-5E2B20).
