The buckle frame is complete but the pin and the buckle plate are missing, presumed lost in antiquity. The loop is sub oval in plan, with a thickened and expanded outside edge. The strap bar is narrowed and off set. The buckle frame is plain and undecorated. The buckle frame is a dark green colour.

Measurements are :- 14.59mm in length, 12.27mm wide. It has a thickness of 1.94mm (the strap bar is 1.31mm thick). It weighs 1.1 grams.
