An incomplete Post Medieval silver half groat of Elizabeth I (AD 1558-1603). Third issue (North 2016), bell initial marking dating to AD 1582-3. London mint. North (1991: 137). Coin has been pierced at 2 o'clock on the obverse and is chipped around the edge.
Overall dimensions: 16mm in diameter and 0.8g in weight.
