Probable copper alloy pin from a brooch or buckle. The pin is oval in cross-section, and a flattened "S" shape in plan, which is similar to the profile of a pin. The tip is broken. The other end terminates with a bulbous head, which has a slit up the upper part of the underside and half of the head. This appears to be later damage.
