A complete retouched flint blade of probable Mesolithic to early Neolithic date. A elongated tertiary blade with rounded ends. A light coloured, translucent flint with medium patination on both faces. There are patches of crude, short, abrupt potential retouch along both edges, which has removed this patination, suggesting later re-working of an older re-discovered blade (although the crude nature of this retouch suggests it may be partially or completely due to natural damage).
